NHS Health Checks
Manages PCT end-to-end Health Checks programmes with automated support across the three key areas of service delivery: service provider workflows, PCT performance management & supporting patients in health improvement.
On 7 January, 2008, the Prime Minister announced plans for the NHS to provide a series of tests to identify patients with vulnerability to heart and circulation problems. All PCTs are expected to begin implementing and delivering these vascular checks in 2009/10 with roll-out completed by 2012/13.
