Forum Signup Process

To sign up to a support forum follow this procedure:

1. Register as a new user
2. Optionally elect to receive notifications by email:
   1. login to the support forums
   2. select the forum to receive notifications for
   3. tick the "Subscribe Forum" option at the bottom of the page (screenshot)

Some forums are private in which case you will need to request access:

1. Obtain permission to view a particular forum by sending an email to the forum administrator and state:
   1. your user name registered in the forum
   2. your practice's NHS code
   3. the name of the product forum that you would like access to
   4. a contact telephone number
2. On receipt of a confirmation email you will then be able to access the forum:
   1. login as a forum user
   2. select the forum from the list presented to you
   3. read the FAQ if you run into problems using the forums
